EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH

1. To submit at least one article for publication.
2. To contribute to the grant writing activities in the Department of Educational Leadership  and contribute to the research base of the research proposal. 
3. To demonstrate effectiveness in presenting educational research workshops and professional development presentations.
4. To improve teaching strategies through action research project.

The submitted article and grant writing activities could contribute significantly to the knowledge base of school leaders and educators on strategies to closing the academic achievement gap of at-risk students.
