By signing this sheet, we agree to do our part to help the team succeed in its assignment(s). We will complete our portions of the assignment and help others on the team complete theirs. We realize that part of our grade depends on the overall quality of the team assignment, as specified in the course syllabus. This means that if we do good work, the team wins, and if we do poor work, the team suffers.

We will designate a team leader, who will be responsible for completing the Team Assignment Plan with the other team members and for collecting individual assignments from team members. The team leader is NOT responsible for members' failure to turn in assignments.

We agree to evaluate ourselves and our team members confidentially. We understand that this evaluation will be used to assess class participation.
