EMPLOYMENT

I am currently an Associate  Professor at Fayetteville State University where I teach world civilization and a variety of classes on African history. Prior to coming to FSU, I taught western civilization and African history at Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. I have not always taught at the university level. Before I went back to get my Ph.D. in 1989, I taught a variety of courses in grades four through twelve in Florida public schools in both Clay and Duval Counties (in and around Jacksonville).
