AGGRESSIVE, PASSIVE, AND ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION

- Aggressive communicators focus almost exclusively on their own needs and can become angry and/or impatient when those needs are not satisfied.
- Passive communicators deny themselves power and focus almost exclusively on the needs of others instead of their own. They don't express their needs and frustrations.
-Assertive communicators strike a balance between aggression and passivity. They express their needs but not in an overbearing way, and they stay open to the needs of others.
